Mandy Jones

Mandy is in charge of winemaking.

Mandy had followed in her grandfather and fathers footsteps and became a winemaker.  After getting degrees in Applied Science at Melbourne University and Wine Science at Charles Sturt University in 1990 Mandy worked in Bordeaux, France until 2002. 

Mandy was Winemaker at Chateau Carsin in the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux for ten years in the later years she travelled back and forth between Bordeaux and Rutherglen for the harvest periods.
