Terms and Conditions of the 2009 Wine Release.
1. Prices include GST. Freight and insurance are charged separately. Please provide address where wine can be accepted and signed for between 9am and 5 pm. If the wine is not accepted then delivery will not be completed. If, however, instruction is given to leave the wine when unnatended, then delivery may be completed at the risk of the buyer.
2. Minimum quantity for delivery within Australia is 6 bottles (1x6 carton). Mixed orders can be taken.
3. Payment by credit card is preferred and is due prior to dispatch.
4. All prices are per 750 ml bottle (unless otherwise specified) and are valid from 1st January 2007 and are subject to availability.
5. Please allow 21 days for delivery based on dispatch confirmation.
